Internal rules and regulations

Hours and Availability :

  • Classes take place according to the posted timetable. Participants are asked to arrive on time to avoid disrupting the course.
  • At the end of the class, all participants (children, teenagers and adults) must leave the room, as another group starts immediately afterwards. We would like to remind you that we accept no responsibility for your child’s supervision in the event of late arrival.
  • Arriving late doesn’t mean LEAVING LATER! Another class starts after yours.
  • NO participant will be admitted AFTER 15 MINUTES OF DELAY.
  • Each participant is allowed one absence per session. However, missed classes will not be compensated.
  • A missed class can only be made up before the next class, depending on your availability and that of the instructor. If this is not possible, the course will be considered lost.
  • We encourage participants to let the instructor know if they are going to be absent, so that a make-up can be arranged where possible.
  • Absence to be reported 24 hours before the course. NO MAKE-UP IF NOT NOTIFIED.
  • Course schedules may be modified in exceptional circumstances. Participants will be notified in advance of any changes via official Ateliers l’Apprenti communication channels (e-mail, website, social networks, etc.).
  • In the event of cancellation of a course by the instructor or due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
  • Repeated unjustified absences may result in EXCLUSION FROM FURTHER COURSES WITHOUT REFUND.
  • Public holidays and school vacations may affect the course schedule. Participants will be informed in advance of any changes.
  • Please note that Ateliers L’Apprenti does not systematically remind participants of their courses unless there are changes in the schedule. It is the responsibility of participants to keep themselves informed of the dates and times of their courses. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or problems. We’re here to help you and provide clarification.
